My wife and i brought some relatives from Ontario to enjoy you wonderful progressive jazzy blues at the King Eddy.
We came for Gary and Jim , the whole band is awesome . Gary's Smile is infectious, and jim really belongs there , like he said 'this is heaven'.
Look forward to your next gig.

I've been hearing your music this afternoon at the food thing. Mainly outside and around and a bit interrupted but you guys sound great from a little distance. (Good inside there too, but you know, the heat and the crowd...)
So I listened without seeing mainly, and you guys totally pass the radio test. (you know, some bands you take away the visual and the music totally turns to shit. )
I like that you guys are mainly old fucks like me and you have the experience to play your blues as jazz and with that level of instrumental competence.
I liked not hearing worn out versions of worn out tunes, but fresh, tasty, lively, jazzful tunes.
You totally enriched my afternoon!! Thx!!! Gonna go see now if i can get a cd off one of you.

Wow. what an amazing instrumental sound you are ALL putting out. The balance is great and everyone is putting in their parts at the right time, not stepping into each other performance. Great band for sure. Love the tone of the guitars and the B3 sounds.... blend in perfectly.

For sure... kudos to Brock, but also kudos to the rest of all of you for the big picture! You are all so "in tune" with your instruments, your original songs, the "vibe and sonics"... that as a collective you create a musical experience not known since, when...? Bless ya all!

Let it be known The Artist formerly known as "keyboard player" fully accepts the lady Lynne's account of her indescretion. He further commends her for airing her sin for all to see. and heed I might add. :D

Let it be known that I hereby officially rescend my former adjectives in my inadequate description of the man I met at the Beaumont Blues festival. That man was indeed Brock Gillis, but he was certainly not the keyboard player for GUNN - he was the HAMMOND B3 PLAYER!!! (There is a distinct difference I have learned.) And in a shameless attempt to restore my former place in SIr Brock's favour, may I also add "One Helluva B3 Player at that!!!" It is my only wish that this sin be stricken from my record so that I may once again walk without shame amongst my peers. *GRIN*;)
